Production description

BILLYTEX DPU-BF FFS(Floating floor) is the sound damping floor construction for good noise reducing properties.

1.Applied approximately 1 mm BILLYTEX BESTOFLEX (Visco-elastic) layer on the steel deck.
2. Applied 2 mm steel plate on the Visco-elastic layer.
3. Applied 30 mm Mineral wool, 140kg/㎥ on the 2mm steel plate.
4. Applied 3 mm steel plate on the Mineral wool.
5. Applied approximately 1 mm BILLYTEX BESTOFLEX(Visco-elastic)layer on the 3 mm steel plate.
6. Applied 2 mm steel plate on the Visco-elastic layer.
*Total thickness : Approx. 56 mm
