Introduction

제품구성

1. Constrained visco-elastic vibration damping systems

- 본 구조는 Visco-elastic과 constrained floor로 구성된 진동저감 구조로 Deck 전체로 전해지는 진동레벨을 줄여
거주구로 방사되는 진동을 줄이는데 효과적입니다. 또한 진동이나 기타 요건 등으로 인해 발생하는 소음을 줄여주는
기능도 포함되어 있습니다.

■ 1mm Visco-Elastic + 8~15mm deck composition Layer
■ 1mm Visco-Elastic + 1.5~2.0mm steel tile (floor)
■ 1mm Visco-Elastic + 1.5~2.0mm steel tile (Wall & DeckHead)

2. Sound reducing Floating Floors

- Sound reducing Floating floor System은 A-60 구역이나 높은 공기음 혹은 고체음의 저감이 필요한 구역에 시공
되어질 수 있습니다. 시공구역의 상부층 진동레벨과 이로 인한 소음 방사율을 줄이기 위하여 Rock wool을 사용하여
진동전달을 줄이는 우수한 제품입니다.

■ Min. 20mm Rock-wool + 25mm Compound (A60)
■ Min. 20mm Rock-wool or Mineral-wool + 3mm steel plate (or AL)

3. Constrained visco-elastic vibration damping systems

- Sound & Vibration damping systems는 engine room, propulsion system, discotheques 등의 상부나 근접한
구역에서 발생할 수 있는 소음과 진동을 특수하게 설계된 시공법으로 진동을 강제로 저감시켜 진동레벨을 줄여주므로
거주구로 방사되는 소음을 줄일 수 있는 우수한 제품입니다.
